**Maison Online Return & Exchange Policy**
We take pride in everything we make and send out from Maison. If something didn’t arrive as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.
**Returns & Exchanges Overview**
* **Retail items** (like merchandise or packaged pantry goods) may be **returned or exchanged within 14 days** of purchase.
* **Perishable and made-to-order items** (like baked goods, fresh foods, or seasonal specials) are **final sale** and **cannot be returned or exchanged**.
**Return & Exchange Eligibility**
* Items must be **unused, unopened**, and in their **original packaging**.
* A **proof of purchase** (like your order number or confirmation email) is required.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
**Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If something arrives damaged or there’s a mix-up, please email us at maisonbrunswick@gmail.com within **48 hours of delivery** with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.
**How to Start a Return or Exchange**

* The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
* Reason for the return or exchange
* Photos if the item arrived damaged
