Welcome to Maison’s online ordering platform, powered by Clover! We’ve created this space to make ordering your favorite pastries, breads, and treats easy and efficient. Before placing your order, please take a moment to review our terms and policies below.
1. Ordering Policies
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified through the Clover platform. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order by phone or email.
Same-day and next-day orders are final.
Cut-Off Times
Orders must be placed by 2 days prior to pick up. For Friday pick up, orders will need to be placed by Wednesday afternoon. Saturday is by Thursday afternoon. Sunday by Friday. Unless otherwise noted. Pick up times will strictly be between 9:30AM-11:30AM unless otherwise arranged with Maison. Some items will be noted to take longer than others.
Pre-Orders & Seasonal Items
Special holiday or seasonal items may have different lead times and cut-off dates. These will be clearly noted in the item description. Pre-orders are non-refundable after the cut-off date.
2. Pickup & Storage
Pickup Times
Pickup is available during our regular business hours: 9:30-11:30 only on specified pick up days.
Please be prompt—our items are best enjoyed fresh!
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up by the end of the business day will be stored until the next business day, but we cannot guarantee freshness. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.
Food Safety Disclaimer
Once items leave our premises, Maison is not responsible for improper storage, transportation, or consumption of your items.
3. Refunds & Returns
All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Order Accuracy
If we make a mistake with your order, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s issuing a refund, store credit, or a replacement (subject to availability).
4. Allergen Notice
While we do our best to minimize cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to:
wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and gluten.
Please contact us if you have specific dietary needs before placing your order.
5. Privacy & Payment Security
Payments are securely processed through the Clover platform.
Maison does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Your contact information is only used for order fulfillment and occasional bakery communication (with your consent).
6. Maison’s Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or violations of these terms.
